Often referred to as ’the Stetson Hat House’ (as it was owned by the Historic Hat Ranch, in Williams, AZ) this vacation rental offers guests plenty of historic charm as well as sumptuous comforts. There’s also a firepit surrounded by comfortable seating as well as an outdoor dining area with a private gas grill. Sedona is known for its gorgeous landscape and some of the most breathtaking, unobstructed Red Rock views. You will be within walking distance of the many shops, restaurants, and galleries. Indulge in a massage at a nearby spa, walk the Tlaquepaque outdoor mall, or spend a day hiking the many local trails. Be sure to experience everything Sedona has to offer including Pink Jeep tours, yoga classes, wine tasting, and spectacular golf. THINGS TO KNOW Occupancy is strictly limited to eight guests only. Under no circumstances should there be any private events or weddings held at this property. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. This property is managed by Property Manager Arizona LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
