The home is just across the street from the beach, so you will be able to enjoy tons of water activities just steps from your front door! The rental itself has a well-equipped, gourmet kitchen for easy meal preparation and plenty of space for both dining and relaxing. The home is located right across the street from the beach so you don’t need to go far to enjoy some fun in the sun. Also available across the street is the famous River City Cafe. Just a short drive away, you’ll find Broadway at the Beach, a fantastic spot for shopping, dining, entertainment, and amusement park rides for all ages. The Pelicans Baseball stadium is across the street on the 21st Avenue N side, of Broadway at the Beach, as well. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This home is managed by Property Manager South Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
