Enjoy the amazing weather with the outdoor shower, barbecue grill, and picnic table on the property, shared only with the downstairs unit. Avoid the crowds at the condominiums and enjoy your own beach retreat! Located in a quiet neighborhood on Anastasia Island, this retreat is close to restaurants, grocery stores, and shopping. Just 15 minutes from downtown St. Augustine, you can enjoy the nearby Castillo de San Marcos, St. Augustine Lighthouse, Alligator Farm, Fountain of Youth, and so much more! Historic St. Augustine is famous for its fabulous dining and atmosphere come enjoy this slice of paradise! Youll be just a short walk to the beach. The beach is one of very few beaches you can drive on in Florida. There are nearby beach access points for vehicles. A permit is required to drive on the beach and can be purchased at the access points. Its great for those who find walking too strenuous but still want to enjoy the picturesque Anastasia Island beach. Soak up the sunshine by day and enjoy the cool beach breezes in the evening! This retreat is located in a quiet neighborhood close to grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping. THINGS TO KNOW Dog foodwater bowls are provided. Dogs are welcome to walk on the beach, just make sure they are on a leash. A permit is required to drive on the beach and can be purchased at the access points. Security lights downstairs will help light your way at night. Due to St. Augustine regulations, bright exterior lights facing the beach cannot stay on for an extended period at night due to the risk of disturbing our sea turtles.
