The main suite overlooks the river and has a propane fireplace and spa-like bathroom. You will experience a feeling of retreat from the hectic life tucked into the hollow along the water. As the only house on the river bank on the same side of the river, you’ll have plenty of privacy to truly get away from it all. Relax your muscles in the private hot tub after a fun-filled day, and when it’s time to call it a night, the sounds of the rushing river will lull you to sleep. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
