This property is right on the ocean, but it is not on a beach. Access to the water is not easy and this may not be a safe place to swim.
The footpath from the driveway to the house is downhill, but the return walk uphill may be difficult for those with mobility issues.
The indoor fireplace is not for guest use.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.

Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home.
