Spring Home 33 is a spacious, comfortable retreat with amazing views of Black Butte and the neighboring meadow. The main living space centers around a classic stone fireplace and soaring floor-to-ceiling windows that let in the view and the Central Oregon sunshine. Enjoy a main floor primary bedroom with its own wonderful views, two upstairs suites each with their own balcony, and two decks where you can sip your morning coffee while admiring your surroundings. In the summertime, Black Butte Ranch offers three golf courses and miles of hiking and biking trails (and the house comes with a fleet of bikes for all ages for your use). You can swim in the resort pools, soak in the shared hot tubs, and explore the shopping and dining options in charming downtown Sisters 10 miles east. Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
