The home provides ample living space, a spacious living area, a full kitchen, two accommodating dining areas, a private primary suite with a jetted tub, a game room, and a screened porch and barbecue area outdoors. Return from a day spent out on the water to test your skills on the pool and poker tables, and gather around the gas fireplace for movies on the smart TV. High-speed fiber optic internet is great for remote work or distance learning, while a private washer/dryer and central air-conditioning round out the home’s essentials. This home is located on the public side of Lake Anna, offering a brick path to the beach that continues to a private dock and swimming area. If you decide to venture onto the lake, take your boat out for a day of fishing for largemouth bass. You’ll also be just eight miles west of Lake Anna State Park and 13 miles north of the Tanyard Golf Course. THINGS TO KNOW Up to one house-trained dog is welcome. No puppies, please. Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. All drivers of a motorized watercraft must have a Virginia Boater Safety License; all fishing will require a Virginia Fishing License. No fireworks are allowed and quiet time is 11 pm to 7 am. These rules, as well as pet restrictions and maximum occupancy, are monitored by the HOA. They will evict guests for violating these rules. Please note that a harmful algae bloom may be impacting the lake in this area. Please contact Property Manager for more info.
