This home is an ideal base to visit attractions such as Maggie Valley, Cherokee casino, Gatlinburg & the Nantahala Outdoor Center. Shopping and dining are available in the unique towns of Sylva, Dillsboro, and Waynesville. Take a scenic drive on the Blue Ridge Parkway or take a ride on the Great Smoky Mountain Railroad. Step out your door to go fishing, kayaking, floating down the river. Things to know: Gas log fireplace is only available from October - March. Limited cell service and GPS. This property is managed by Property Manager North Carolina LLC. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
