It has vaulted ceilings and an open living, dining, and kitchen area. The upstairs loft master bedroom has ocean views with a luxurious tub. Be sure to enjoy the fenced backyard oasis with firepit. What’s nearby: The home is walking distance to the beach - Pacific Beach State Park is one of the favorites, where you’ll find a long, wide, sandy beach. The city of Pacific Beach is only a few minutes south where you can find shops, groceries, and restaurants. Things to know: Full kitchen (including dishwasher) Dogs allowed for an additional nightly fee The loft bedroom is not a fully enclosed room, but it offers privacy with a half wall and the option to use the screen.

Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
