When you are not outside enjoying the sugar-white sand and surf, take in the gorgeous beach and pool views from the private balcony, or relax in the evenings by the custom-built electric fireplace (with or without heat) in swivel rocking recliners.
We provide extra dining for three at the custom live edge bar. Our queen sleeper hide-a-bed has an upgraded mattress for a comfortable night’s rest. Just 10 quick steps up to the first floor with easy direct access from parking. (Note: this unit does not have elevator access). Smart TV with free cable! Free wi-fi! Washer and dryer in unit! The refrigerator in the unit has an ice machine and the building has one as well.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Butts are to be disposed of properly and not left anywhere on the property. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $400.00 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • Extra towels can be delivered for an additional $25 • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots. • If you do not vacate the premises on your check out time, you will be charged for one (1) additional night’s stay.
