center stage. With its wide-open floor plan and 11.5 foot ceilings this penthouse
feels much larger than its square footage and is ideal for entertaining. If you can
tear yourself away from the comfort within this luxurious unit, the impressive
amenities of the Lilli and its location on bustling Peachtree Street will likely keep
you nearby. A fully-equipped fitness center, beautifully decorated clubhouse
lounge and rooftop pool with open-air views for days make this one of the most
sought-after addresses in town. Within steps of the front entrance, you’ll be at the
door of the historic Fox Theater and close to some of the top-rated restaurants,
bars and shopping in Atlanta.
PARKING: $19 daily parking.
PET POLICY: This is a pet friendly property and the fee is $150 per pet.

This allows us to respond to noise nuisances and smoke detection without disrupting your stay. All devices are 100% privacy compliant. The noise detector only measures noise levels and does not record any conversations, while the smoke detectors only detect marijuana and cigarette smoke. Tampering with either device is strictly prohibited and will result in a $500 fine. Initial violation will receive a courtesy warning, and the second violation will result in fines of up to $1,000 and guests will be subject to immediate eviction without any refunds.
