Offering a parlor-like feel, Madison Square Manor’s living room features a gothic fireplace surrounded by couches and armchairs. The home’s state-of-the-art, fully updated main kitchen boasts large counter surfaces and ample cabinetry. This beautiful kitchen offers a fridge, freezer, oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, range and microwave. Touches like intricate tilework, a chandelier above the work area and beautiful, breezy window bring this kitchen to life. There is also a formal dining room with a long table set in front of a gothic fireplace. Additionally, a window-front breakfast nook provides extra seating. This home has a third-floor suite that contains a secondary kitchen, living room and dining area offering scaled-down versions of the amenities provided in the main living area.
Each bedroom inside Madison Square Manor is a study in elegance! All of the bedrooms are carried along on high-sheen wood floors set against all-white walls and moldings. These spacious bedrooms are configured with large windows, dressers, closet space, built-in cabinetry and other touches that bring Southern elegance to the forefront. On the first floor is where you will find one queen bedroom, one standard queen suite and one queen suite with en-suite full bathroom. This floor also contains a full shared bathroom located at the end of the common hallway. On the third floor, a gorgeous primary suite with king bed, en-suite full bathroom and bonus room containing two twin daybeds awaits. This is also where you’ll find the home’s second kitchen. The hallway on the third floor contains a full bathroom.
Guests of Madison Square Manor enjoy a fully private brick courtyard that blots out the rest of the city to make you feel like you have your own slice of Forsyth Park outside your door. This resort-level enclosed patio area features a brick-faced grilling station with grill and prep area. There is also a large outdoor dining table, lounge chairs and ample outdoor lighting. When guests aren’t enjoying this private patio area, they can make use of exclusive access to our resort-style heated pool.
Madison Square Manor spares no detail! Guests can take advantage of several televisions when relaxing in the home. There is also access to Wi-Fi, satellite and cable. A washer-dryer setup makes it easy to stay on top of laundry for 10 guests. There is ample street parking for all guests booked at the estate.
