KITCHEN & DINING Prepare locally inspired meals in the kitchen, newly updated with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. A wet bar offers filtered water and the kitchen bar seats four to morning coffee. When you’re ready to eat, gather around the table for up to 12 in the dining area. BED & BATH This three-story home sleeps 10 guests in five bedrooms (each equipped with a TV). The primary suite boasts a king bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom includes a queen bed. The third and fourth bedrooms are each furnished with a king bed, while the fifth bedroom holds a queen bed. Two guest bathrooms have a walk-in shower, while the other has a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES Unwind in the hot tub and admire views of the bay and the golf course. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
