Our three-story condo is a unique property in the heart of historic Pismo Beach. Located just steps from Pismo Beach’s best surfing breaks, warm white sands, and award winning restaurants and wineries. Our condo is also conveniently located near the famous Pismo Pier and surrounding specialty shops. Visitors can experience all the benefits of beach life just a few steps from their front door.
Upon entering, you are instantly drawn to the spacious living areas filled with natural light. The condo features dark hardwood flooring, terra cotta pavers, granite counters, and high-end finishes throughout. The vertical nature of the condo allows for ocean, mountain and city views from the rooftop deck. The condo is located at the back of the complex, end unit.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
