Just steps from the sandy shore, the Courtyard at Avila, known for its award winning architecture with ocean and lovely hillside views, is also within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and adventure! The courtyard has a private gated entrance that leads you into a plaza of water features, sea art sculptures and access to the secured parking garage. This luxury condo includes 2 parking places in secured, gated garage and is located on the second floor, above the Avila Wine & Roasting Co. (San Miguel & First St).
There is an elevator from the parking garage to the courtyard area. This condo does not meet handicap accessibility requirements. Please reference the photos to determine suitability and ease of mobility.
