We have added an additional step using high-end quaternary disinfectants to disinfect our homes. All homes are cleaned after each stay and then additionally disinfected using a quaternary disinfectant throughout the entire property prior to each new arrival. The methods we use and the products we apply to surfaces containing quaternary disinfectant in the home are THE ONLY CDC approved methods for killing COVID-19 on surfaces. These quaternary disinfectant products and methods are the same used in hospital procedures.

Twin beds in the guest room and a queen bed in the master offer brand new pillowtop comfort. Beautiful wood floors gleam throughout the home, highlighted by sunlight streaming through three walls of historic windows in the living room. Vaulted ceilings help the 820-square foot gem “live large.”
A front-loading washer and dryer are in the spacious dressing area between the master bedroom and light-filled master bath. The hall bathroom lies across from the guest bedroom and features a pedestal sink and full bath/shower. A modern galley kitchen includes granite countertops and stainless steel appliances.
