This home boasts two living areas! The main living area features cathedral ceilings, handsome wood beams, and skylights. Kick back and relax on two sofas.
The second living area offers a couch, two armchairs with ottomans, and a 42” flat-screen TV with cable.

Whip up tasty meals in the kitchen, outfitted with a full suite of appliances.
When you’re ready to eat, gather at the four-person kitchen bar or the adjacent table for two.
BED & BATH
This charming two-story home sleeps six guests between three bedrooms.
The master bedroom is appointed with a king-size bed, the second bedroom contains a queen-size bed, and the third bedroom is furnished with two twin-size beds.
The master bathroom has a walk-in shower and the guest bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combination.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Enjoying the great outdoors is easy at this special retreat. Relax on the spacious deck, featuring a grill and patio seating for four or dine alfresco on the screened porch at the table for five. An outdoor shower is handy for rinsing off after fun-filled beach days.
A private balcony with a table for two overlooks the woods and is accessible from the master bedroom and second living area.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. Unassigned parking is available for up to three cars in the driveway. Street parking is not available.
This home is accessed via a short set of steps leading up to the deck.
Please note the vintage gas stove in the living room is not operational.
THE LOCATION
Play in the sun and surf at South Beach (2 miles) or watch an evening sunset at Lighthouse Beach (2.5 miles). Both are within an easy bike ride! Take the local Chappy Ferry from Memorial Wharf in Edgartown and explore East Beach on Chappaquiddick Island.
Have a meal at the Right Fork Diner at Katama Airfield (1.5 miles) while taking in views of vintage airplanes. Hit the links at Edgartown Golf Club (3 miles). Stroll the Edgartown Village Historic District (2 miles) and enjoy fresh fare at an array of restaurants.
