LIVING AREAS On the second floor, the main living area offers plush seating for the entire group. Cozy up next to the gas fireplace and watch the 55in smart TV. A second living area downstairs has a gas fireplace, 47in TV, and two couches. KITCHEN & DINING Making delicious meals is a dream in this chef’s kitchen, complete with a full suite of high-end stainless steel appliances -- including two ovens and a six-burner Viking range. The roomy island and farmhouse table provide plenty of room for your whole group. A second kitchen downstairs offers additional cooking space and dining space. BEDROOMS & BATHS This three-story home sleeps up to ten guests across five bedrooms. The top floor is completely dedicated to the luxe master bedroom, equipped with a king bed, private balcony, and 42in TV. The spa-like en-suite has a large walk-in shower and jetted tub. On the first floor, two bedrooms each provide a queen bed, while a third bedroom has two twin beds. There are two bathrooms downstairs -- one offers a walk-in shower and one has a tub/shower combination. On the second floor, a fifth bedroom is equipped with a king bed, 37in smart TV, and an en-suite with a double vanity and tub/shower combination. A half bath is located on the second floor for added convenience. OUTDOOR AREA On the second floor, sliding glass doors open to a spacious deck. Fire up the grill and enjoy a tasty meal amid the pines. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for four cars are provided. Although this home is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Tahoe City’s mild summer weather. Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances. THE LOCATION In winter, you’ll relish having all of North Lake Tahoe’s premier ski areas within a 20-minute drive. Tahoe City is about 3 miles away and provides cafes, shops, and local attractions. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
