Jewell Dreams
Sonoma’s wine country is yours to discover from the comfort of this renovated 2BR/2BA Santa Rosa ranch. Every room is modern, bright, and beautiful, with floor-to-ceiling windows letting the California light brighten your visit. You’ll especially adore the charming kitchen with a breakfast area and backyard patio, where you can grill, sip wine, and kick back in privacy and comfort.
INSIDE THE HOUSE
This renovated 1950s ranch house is located on a corner lot in a quiet residential spot, where you’ll feel absolutely at home. Here, modern amenities meet precious original details (hardwood floors, built-in storage) that will charm you quickly, and the beautiful big windows keep the feeling bright and happy.
When you enter through the small front porch, down the hall to the left you’ll find the two bedrooms. The large master bedroom has a king-size bed, original cabinets, two closets, and windows looking out to the backyard. The spacious en-suite bathroom has a tiled tub/shower combination.
The guest bedroom across the hall has a queen-size bed, full closet, and blinds on the windows for extra privacy. The guest bathroom down the hall has a tiled walk-in shower.
To the right when you come in the house, you’ll find an open-concept main living area. The open kitchen is a gem, with high-quality stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and an oven with a gas range. Just off the kitchen, there’s a breakfast nook that seats two for coffee.
In the opposite direction is the dining room that seats six on plush chairs and a bench (another two can sit at the breakfast bar.) Go through the dining room to arrive in the living space, where six can relax around the 54in flat-screen Smart TV.
The back patio is an outdoor treat -- a fence and shady trees make it completely private. Here, a lounge area seats six on cushy outdoor furniture. Crack open a bottle of Sonoma wine, and barbeque to your heart’s delight.
