Great for skiing, this tastefully appointed three-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath Keystone townhome is 1.5 hours from the Denver International Airport and just minutes from the trails at Keystone Resort! This group-friendly retreat offers a private setting with all-day sun and a tree-surrounded deck with plush furnishings, a gas grill, and an alfresco dining area that looks out over an aspen-filled natural area.
Enjoy access to the shared hot tub at Dakota Lodge, along with amenities and restaurants in nearby River Run Village. Located a half-mile from the Keystone Gondola and four miles from the Arapahoe Basin Ski Area, this townhome is also conveniently located on the bus route. During ski season, choose from two free resort shuttle stops where the shuttle picks up every 20 minutes to haul you and your gear directly to the lifts.
There is both downhill and cross-country skiing, plus golfing, horseback riding, and ice skating nearby. In the warmer months, catch the path across the road that connects to all Summit County bike paths, head 9.5 miles to the mountain-backed Dillon Reservoir for boating, fishing, canoeing, and kayaking, or hit the fairways at The River Course at Keystone (four miles). Epic hiking trails surround the townhome, including Keystone Gulch Trailhead (three-and-a-half miles) and the gorgeous Pass Lake (nine miles).
Relax in the expansive living area, where a wall of windows frames a tranquil wooded backdrop. There’s plenty of plush seating available and a cozy gas fireplace. After a day of adventure, make popcorn and catch a movie on the 60-inch TV. You’ll find a full suite of stainless steel appliances and all the essentials to cook for a crowd in the upscale kitchen. Enjoy morning coffee and pancakes at the kitchen bar. Nearby, a rustic wooden dining table seats eight.
Stylish and spacious, the primary bedroom boasts a king bed with a Doctor’s Choice Elite Plush mattress, a 50-inch TV, a window-side reading nook, and en suite bathroom with two sinks, a walk-in shower, and an inviting jetted tub. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a 40-inch TV, while the third bedroom has a queen bed and a 32-inch TV. An upstairs guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination, and a convenient half bath is just off the entryway.
Extra perks include WiFi, cable TV, and a washer/dryer. This suite does not include air conditioning.
