With plenty of outdoor space to enjoy from the comfort of your own home, this hideaway offers a large, woodlined yard and a private deck with a hot tub. Inside, youll find two living spaces, complete with flatscreen TVs, a foosball table, and a fullsize arcade.
This home is located in the beautiful and quiet area of North Estates, just a halfmile to the lake.
LIVING AREAS
The main living area on the first floor is stylishly detailed with vaulted ceilings, large windows, custom chandeliers, and a woodburning fireplace. Furnished with two sofas and a 42in TV with cable.
On the second floor, a loft area includes a fullsize sleeper sofa, a skylight, a 37in TV equipped with a DVD player, an HDMI port, and a fullsize arcade play classics like Pac Man, Donkey Kong, and Frogger!
KITCHEN amp DINING
The wellequipped kitchen features a full suite of stainless steel appliances.
Whip up a hearty breakfast and enjoy your meal at the kitchen bar for three. Or dine in the sunshine at the fiveperson table, situated next to the wall of sliding glass doors that lead to the deck.

This home sleeps eight adults.
The master offers a stately king bed and a private deck. An air hockey table offers additional entertainment. The guest bedroom provides a twin bed with a twin trundle, and a guest bathroom has a tubshower combination.
Find two more bedrooms one with a twin bed with a twin trundle and direct access to the deck and the other with a queensize bed. A guest bathroom is configured with a walkin shower with builtin bench seating.
OUTDOOR AREAS
Family fun awaits at this exceptional rental boasting abundant outdoor space. Shoot hoops in the basketball goal in the driveway, play a friendly game of horseshoes while dinner sizzles on the gas grill, and enjoy tranquil evenings soaking in the bubbling hot tub on the private deck. The large fenced yard also creates ample room for the kids to run and play.

The home has a single wall heater in the living room and does not have central air conditioning or central heating. Space heaters are located in each bedroom.
The City of Big Bear Lake requires a facetoface checkin with the property manager. The credit card and ID that was used to make the reservation must be present at checkin.
Quiet hours are 10pm7am. Parties prohibited. No refunds due to eviction for noise disturbances, overoccupancy, or excess vehicles.

Due to local ordinances, guests are required to complete an Inperson checkin at the local office, before heading to the home. The reservation holder must present photo identification upon checkin. Failure to comply can result in penalties including but not limited to, citations to both Property Manager and the guest as well as nonrefundable eviction from the home.
