When it’s time to eat, gather at the six-top dining table. BEDROOMS & BATHS This two-story condo sleeps up to 10 guests between the three bedrooms and a futon in the living area. Two full bathrooms are each stocked with a complimentary supply of toiletries. The tranquil master suite is outfitted with a queen bed and a 42in flat-screen TV with cable. The newly remodeled en-suite master bathroom features beautiful tile and a tub/shower combination. The second bedroom has a full-size bed and a 42in flat-screen TV with cable. The third bedroom is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed, a twin bed, and 30in flat-screen TV with cable and a DVD player. A full bathroom is outfitted with a double vanity and a tub/shower combination. OUTDOOR AREA Sip a cold beverage on the balcony at the bistro table. Or make use of the gas barbeque grill and host an afternoon cookout. EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS Parking is available for two vehicles in the garage. One additional space may be available in the outdoor lot on a first-come, first-served basis. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. Extras include a twin-size rollaway bed in the bedroom closets. Although this condo is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with the mild summer temperatures at the coast. THE LOCATION The beach is just 3 blocks from your condo! Meander down the 1200-foot Pismo Pier for dramatic ocean panoramas. Enjoy dining and shopping in the buzzing downtown corridor a few blocks away. From late October to February, see thousands of winged beauties at the Monarch Butterfly Grove, located along State Highway 1. Less than 3 miles away, visit Oceano Dunes SVRA, an off-highway dune park with hiking, fishing, and surfing. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 3. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
