As you walk into “Captain’s Quarters,” you’ll be mesmerized with the gracious open floor plan featuring a living area, fully stocked and modern kitchen, and dining area. New furnishings and plenty of windows allow for plenty of natural light. After a fun day of exploring the sights in town, you’ll want to relax in the living area. The comfortable futon opens into a full-size bed and the 32” TV with cable and a DVD player provides entertainment. The sleek, recently updated kitchen is fully stocked with all new stainless steel appliances. Additional features include a Keurig machine for your morning caffeine fix and a Frigidaire electric stove/oven and GE microwave for easy preparation of meals. Sit and enjoy a snack or your morning coffee at the dark cherry wood table with four seats in the kitchen. The bedroom boasts a queen-size bed, blackout curtains, and a 26” TV. The bathroom is detailed with tile flooring, a single-sink vanity, and a tub/shower combination. Boothbay Harbor is the perfect place for those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city and experience a classic New England vacation. With its quiet coves, rocky shores, and old lighthouses, this seaside town offers a memorable and picturesque backdrop for all of your adventures! The apartment is located in the heart of downtown packed with local shops, art galleries, and restaurants serving up delicious fresh seafood. The Harbor is only a block away and during the summer offers world-class boating experiences that will take you whale watching, sea kayaking, or on a trip to the nearby Monhegan Island, with beautiful walking trails and an active lighthouse. Complimentary Wi-Fi and a shared coin-operated washer/dryer are provided. Your rental includes portable air-conditioning units and heated floors. THINGS TO KNOW The fireplace is not operational. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 2. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
