Located just 1 mile from downtown Black Mountain, 2 miles from Montreat, and 17 miles from Asheville. A plethora of shops and restaurants are nearby. Hiking, sightseeing, and recreational opportunities abound in the surrounding area.
LIVING AREA
Find plenty of comfy seating in the living area, furnished with two plush sofas. Make some popcorn and host a movie night on the 49 Roku TV.
KITCHEN & DINING
The chef in your group will appreciate the modern kitchen, equipped with a full suite of stainless steel appliances.
When your culinary creations are complete, dine together at the wooden table set for six or at the kitchen bar with seating for four.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This home sleeps up to eleven guests between the three bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.
Find quiet privacy in the master bedroom, furnished with a queen bed. An en-suite master bathroom is configured with a double vanity and walk-in shower.
Upstairs, a second bedroom is outfitted with three twin beds and two twin trundles. The trundles are most suitable for children.
A third bedroom is furnished with a comfortable queen bed. A second bathroom features a tub/shower combination.
A convenient half bath is located adjacent to the entry.

Or travel 2 miles north to stroll the streets of Montreat. Head 17 miles for even more options in downtown Asheville, as well as iconic locales like the Biltmore Estate and Folk Art Center.
An abundance of outdoor recreation abounds, including swimming, fishing, zip-lining, rafting, tubing, kayaking, and skiing. Hiking enthusiasts will enjoy convenient access to several beautiful trails. Drive 40 miles north to explore the Pisgah National Forest, including Mt. Mitchell. Or travel an hour south to visit Looking Glass Falls and Sliding Rock. Chimney Rock (21 miles) and WNC Nature Center (13 miles) are also not to be missed. A highlight of your trip will be a scenic drive on the iconic Blue Ridge Highway!

All Property Manager properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
