Winter Park Resort is 5 miles up the road for skiing, ice skating, dog sledding, and fat-tire mountain biking. Enjoy family fun at the Fraser tubing hill across the street.
The condo features two private decks that afford delightful views of the quaint town and surrounding mountains.
ABOUT THE CONDO
After an exhilarating day on the slopes, relax in the cozy living room. Settle in on the leather love seat and sleeper sofa to watch a movie on the 50” flat screen TV with Blu-ray player. Sliding glass doors lead out to the balcony, where you’ll have access to a gas grill, seating for two, and exceptional views.
Kids can do their own thing in the second living room on the lower level, which offers a 40” flat screen TV, DVD player, video game system, and a stash of board games.
The well-equipped kitchen has everything needed to prepare hot chocolate or put together full meals. Along with full-size appliances, you’ll find handy extras like a toaster, coffeemaker, and blender.
Gather for meals at the large eight-person dining table off the kitchen; there are also two seats at the kitchen bar.
With three large bedrooms, a sleeper sofa, and a futon, this three-story condo sleeps 10.
Wake up to the splendid views from the king-size bed in the primary bedroom. Located on the middle level, this room features a 50” flat-screen TV, reading chair, large closet, and private balcony. The en-suite bathroom offers double sinks and a tub/shower combination.
A queen-size bed on a log frame anchors the second bedroom, which also has a 32” flat screen TV, large window with a view, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower.
Down on the lower level, the third bedroom is connected to a second living room and offers a queen bed and full bath with tub/shower combination.
There is also a half bath on the main floor. And the entrance has a convenient bench for taking off wet gear, plus a closet for boot and coat storage.
Amenities include a complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer set, and parking for two cars. This rental does not have air-conditioning.

Winter Park Ski Resort is 5 miles away for incredible runs for all ages and skill levels. The resort also offers dog sledding, ice skating, fat-tire mountain biking, cross-country skiing, snowboarding, and snow biking. Guests can take mountain tours, sleigh rides, and chair lift rides.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
