Our single-level 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home is the perfect Moab getaway! It’s conveniently located less than a ten minute drive (5 miles) from downtown Moab. Its central location offers unparalleled access to all of the area amenities.
This fully modern, like-new home features a private hot tub, great outdoor living areas, access to a community pool, and unbeatable views of Moab Rim! Our home’s layout and furnishings are perfect for multiple families including a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, an open concept floor plan, and an outdoor patio with gas fire pit, gas grill and a hot tub. There is also a community pool (open April - November) and hot tub.
The residence offers access to a two-car garage for parking and bike storage. In addition to the garage access there is plenty of parking on the street for trailers, etc.

This property is pet friendly and the pet fee is $25/per day. We allow up to 2
dogs per stay. The maximum pet fee is $150 per stay.
We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access via our keyless entry system. We look forward to welcoming you and hosting your stay.
