The 2,900 sq. ft. 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home is perfect for multiple families as it features two separate living spaces. The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. The home also features central AC, washer/dryer, 2 car garage, decks off both living spaces, a large DVD and game collection, gas BBQ grill and professional landscaping which includes an abundance of trees. Built along the Animas River, Dalton Ranch incorporates numerous wetlands and lakes. Trimble Hot Springs with a full spa is less than a mile and the home is within immediate access to recreational opportunities- tennis, golf, hiking, biking, swimming, downhill and cross country skiing, fly fishing, fishing, kayaking, canoeing (the list is endless really). We are taking appropriate steps to prepare for your stay, and have asked all housekeepers to adhere to the Center for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidance relative to cleaning and disinfecting. In addition to their regular rigorous cleaning regimen, they are following housekeeping best practices, paying close attention to high touch surfaces, and using the EPA-approved disinfectants for hard (non-porous) surfaces, soft (porous) surfaces and electronics. Linens, towels, bedsheets, etc. are washed per manufacturer’s guidelines. We are also minimizing person-to-person contact from check-in through departure. One of the ways we’re doing this is through no-contact guest access.
