Stroll less than half a mile to the Avon Riverfront Express Gondola to zip over to Beaver Creek, or take advantage of the complimentary ski shuttle running to multiple resorts.
In warmer months, walk 200 yards to Nottingham Lake, where you can paddleboard, kayak, swim, and fish.
Enjoy on-site resort-style amenities, including tennis courts, a heated pool, hot tubs, and a sauna.

LIVING AREAS

This condo sleeps up to eight guests in three bedrooms.
The master suite is furnished with a stately king bed and a 32” TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a walk-in shower with custom tiling and body jets.
Unwind in the second bedroom, outfitted with a king bed. An adjacent guest bathroom offers a tub/shower combination.
The third bedroom has two queen beds, and an en-suite bathroom comes with a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREAS
A private balcony with seating for two features a gas grill and partial mountain views.
Make use of a host of resort-style amenities, including two tennis courts, a year-round heated pool (8’ deep), hot tubs, and a sauna.

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, a private washer/dryer, and unassigned parking for three vehicles in the outdoor lot.

This second-floor condo is accessed via one flight of stairs.
Although the condo does not have air-conditioning, it is rarely needed with Avon’s mild summer climate.
Please note firewood is not provided. If desired, guests can purchase some from the local store.
THE LOCATION
Walk less than a half-mile to the Avon Riverfront Express Gondola for a day on the slopes of Beaver Creek Mountain.
Nottingham Lake is only 200 yards away, offering a summer venue for paddle boarding, kayaking, swimming, and fishing.
Across the street is the Avon Recreation Center, offering a 15,000 square foot aquatics facility with a lazy river, five-lane lap pool, and 140-foot water slide.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
