A gracefully curved stairway leads up to the front porch and welcoming entrance. Once inside, the soaring GREAT ROOM beckons guests to relax and kick back, with tons of cozy seating surrounding the stone fireplace. A wall of picture windows looks out over the incredible views of the ridge that’s dusted with snow in the winter and a vibrant, velvety emerald green in the summer.
Just off the great room lies the spacious KITCHEN. The efficient u-shape design features gorgeous, natural wood cabinets topped with glossy quartz countertops. High-end appliances include a paneled refrigerator, gas range, dishwasher, microwave, and a Cuisinart coffee maker. A nearby DINING AREA has a large table with seating for eight. Whether you’re warming some take-out from a delicious local restaurant or preparing a full Sunday dinner for your whole group, this kitchen has you covered.
Next to the dining room is the ultra-private PRIMARY BEDROOM SUITE, with an exquisite king-size bed, a separate sitting area, balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with double vanity, steam shower, and jetted tub. Upstairs, there’s a lofted BUNK ROOM with a twin-over-full size bunk bed and a sofa that pulls out to a queen-size bed. There’s also a full bathroom on this upper level.
On the lower level, there are two GUEST BEDROOMS, each with king-size beds. One bedroom is a suite with an attached full bathroom, while another full bathroom is accessible from the hallway.
Also on this lower level, there’s a secondary LIVING AREA with a wet bar, wine fridge, and a large sofa facing the HDTV— perfect for watching the game or your favorite Netflix show. Or if you prefer, you can head outside to the stone patio and take a dip in the relaxing hot tub. Palmyra Pines also includes a super-convenient SKI ROOM with tons of storage for all of your gear and a LAUNDRY ROOM with two washers and two dryers.
