Main Gore Condo Unit 13 This fully renovated 2BR/2BA Vail condo is in a tranquil wooded area, away from the crowds. The wraparound deck is a relaxing spot for a BBQ and family time. Inside, the cozy lodge décor, new high-end finishes, and natural touches like a stone-hearth fireplace make this a perfect retreat for a family or small group. You’re just a quick drive or shuttle ride from the skiing, hiking, and dining of Vail and Beaver Creek, and you’re a 6-minute walk from Bighorn Park and the nearest grocery store. ABOUT THE CONDO After an exhilarating day of skiing or hiking, head home and warm up in the living room in front of the wood-burning fireplace. Stretch out on the sectional sofa and watch a movie on the 50” flat screen TV with DVD player. The updated kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and features stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a tile backsplash. On cool evenings, make a batch of chili and gather everyone at the dining table for four. In the warmer months, head out to the deck for al fresco meals. The wraparound deck features peaceful wooded views of East Vail and Gore Creek. Cook up steaks on the BBQ and dine at the four-person table. After dinner, unwind on one of the Adirondack chairs. On the main level, you’ll find a guest room with a twin-over-full bunk bed and a 27” TV and DVD player—choose from an array of DVDs in the collection. A renovated guest bathroom has a marble vanity and tub/shower combination. The master bedroom is in the loft upstairs and features a queen bed, leather recliner, and a renovated en-suite bathroom with a granite vanity and a walk-in shower. Next door in the bonus room, you’ll find a twin-over-twin bunk bed (with very low clearance on the upper bunk), a 27” flat screen TV, and a shelf filled with children’s books. This space also works great as a play room. There are two parking spots for guest use. THE LOCATION This condo is located in a quiet wooded area of East Vail, but close enough that you can still enjoy the area’s best skiing, hiking, and dining. You’re right across the street from a bus stop. This free shuttle will whisk you to Vail Ski Resort and Village in minutes. Stay on a little longer and you’ll land in Beaver Creek. When hunger strikes, you can walk over to Blu’s Restaurant (14 minutes), which features American fare, cocktails, and an extensive wine list. Or head to the village and choose from an array of options, including Pazzo’s Pizzeria for quick bites and takeout, Matsuhisa for upscale Japanese cuisine, and Alpenrose, a German-Austrian bakery and restaurant. You’re also a 6-minute walk from both Bighorn Park and Vail Gourmet Foods, where you can stock up on groceries. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
