The Home
On the first floor, there is a spacious area for moments of sharing and conviviality. A well-equipped kitchen is adjacent to the terrace, pool and living/dining room under vaulted dark wooden ceilings.
On one side of this living room are two bedrooms, one of which overlooks the sea and the terrace. On the other side is located a third bedroom, which also has a view and a private terrace.
At the bottom, you can reach the room by a staircase or by your own entrance outside. On the same level are the fitness room and the cinema, flanked by a bedroom on each side. Both have sea views and a private terrace, one of them even has a swimming pool.
LIVING ROOM: Very spacious air conditioned great room (+ ceiling fans) with a large living area which large window doors open widely onto the lap pool, and offering a gorgeous ocean view. Huge wall flat screen television with Direct TV, Canal Satellite and DVD player....

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House rules
- Please note that a Security Deposit amount will be required upon arrival. The amount will be authorised on the credit card used to make the booking. Note this Security Deposit amount will be cancelled, minus any deductions for any damages or missing items.
- The property is non-smoking. No parties or events are allowed without prior notice.
- The home may be pet friendly with prior approval. Please inquire to make a request for pets.
