Put your favorite music on the stereo, relax, and prepare delicious meals. Then, gather around the dining table. This two-story home sleeps four guests between two bedrooms. Rest soundly in the second-floor primary bedroom, which features a full-size bed and flat-screen TV with cable. Step out to the private balcony to sip coffee and enjoy the partial ocean views. In the second bedroom, you’ll find two twin-size beds and another private balcony. Between the two bedrooms, the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination. A convenient half bath is located on the first floor. Host a barbecue on the patio, surrounded by a white picket fence. You’ll find a gas grill, a table for alfresco dining, and Adirondack chairs. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
