An easy walk, Harding’s Beach promises a fun-filled day of swimming, volleyball, and beach bocce (a local specialty). There is even a water route to Ridgevale Beach via kayak or rowboat. To watch the day’s catch come in, drive to Chatham Pier Fish Market (open seasonally).
This stylish home boasts 3,136 square feet of luxurious living space. Vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and intriguing artwork create a sophisticated style, while large windows provide incredible views throughout the home. Spend quality time together in the cozy den with charming rustic-chic decor and plenty of comfortable seating. Unwind on the leather sofa and watch a movie on the 54” TV, or use the telescope to check out the stars. A welcoming sunroom provides an additional social area. Greet the morning with a cup of coffee at the breakfast table. Sharpen your culinary skills in the impressive chef’s kitchen with two stainless steel Wolf ovens, three sinks, and a five-burner gas range.
