LIVING AREAS The living room provides plenty of space to relax, complete with a plush sofa and two armchairs. Watch shows on the 70” flatscreen Smart TV equipped with cable. An adjacent second living area is perfect for evening relaxation in front of a gas fireplace. KITCHEN & DINING Prepare a local seafood supper in the spacious kitchen, fully equipped with quality all-white appliances. Enjoy dinner at the dining table that accommodates eight. Then gather for a game night or watch shows on the 42” flatscreen Smart TV with cable. BEDROOMS & BATH This home sleeps up to eight guests in four bedrooms. The full bathroom features a tub/shower combination. The master bedroom features a queen bed and flatscreen TV with a DVD player. A second bedroom has a queen bed and beautiful views of the lush yard and surrounding woods. The upstairs third bedroom provides two twin beds, a craft table with two seats, and a TV featuring a selection of VHS tapes - a great kids quarters. The fourth bedroom includes two additional twin beds along with a flatscreen TV and a DVD player. OUTDOOR AREAS Sip beverages on the screened porch; relax under a breezy fan with a sweeping view of the verdant forest. This space is complete with comfortable seating for five and an outdoor TV with cable. Prepare kabobs on the gas grill and play yard games on the big lawn area. With advance request, a Pack ‘n Play and a stroller can be provided. Parking is available for four vehicles in the driveway. A washer/dryer and complimentary Wi-Fi are provided. The living areas and all of the bedrooms are equipped with A/C units for maximum guest comfort in the summer months. The home is equipped with a brand-new plumbing system and a new hot water tank. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Air conditioning is only available in certain parts of the home. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
