Frisco’s outdoor paradise is on your doorstep at this 3BR/2.5BA retreat. Upstairs, the window-lined living room offers sweeping views of Mount Royal and a cozy gas fireplace. After a day of hiking or skiing, take an indulgent soak in the master bathroom jetted tub, then sip crisp drinks beneath the stars on the balcony (usage is weather permitting).
Discover Main Street restaurants and pubs, just 1.5 blocks away. The Lost Cajun serves up Creole cuisine in 1 block, and Butterhorn Bakery is a local favorite for brunch in 3 blocks.
Hop aboard the complimentary bus shuttle (located a short walk from your door) and be whisked away to the slopes at Copper, Breckenridge, Keystone, Arapahoe Basin, Vail, and Beaver Creek.
LIVING AREAS
This three-story duplex has a spacious balcony and an open-concept living space with mountain views.
Vaulted ceilings soar in the second-floor living room, where a wall of windows showcase the Frisco scenery. Sink into a couch or a cozy recliner to watch a movie on the 60” TV and enjoy the warm ambience of a gas fireplace. A sleeper sofa provides additional seating and sleeping space.
KITCHEN & DINING
The big kitchen is a chef’s dream with ample granite counter space, a French-door fridge, and a gas range.
Serve your culinary masterpieces at a wood table for six. Two more can sit at the breakfast bar.
BEDROOMS & BATHS
This rental sleeps up to eight guests in three bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in the living room. The ultra-private master suite has its own floor.
A king bed, love seat, and 55” smart TV detail the first-floor master bedroom. The private en-suite bath has a walk-in shower, a granite double vanity, and jetted tub for a relaxing apres ski.
The two lower-level guest rooms offer a queen bed in one room and a set of twins in the other. Both share access to a powder room and a separate bathroom with a walk-in shower.
OUTDOOR AREA
Take in views of Mount Royal and Frisco’s stunning landscapes from a comfortable sofa on the open-air balcony. A gas grill is at the ready for cookouts.
EXTRA AMENITIES & DETAILS
Guest amenities include parking for three cars (one in the garage and two in the driveway), a laundry room, and complimentary Wi-Fi. There’s also a stroller and playpen for the little ones.
Please note that trailers and motorhomes are not allowed in the neighborhood and must be parked at the nearby Walmart.

With downtown Frisco steps away and the ski mountains within easy driving distance, you’ve found one of area’s most coveted vacation spots.
Walk to brunch at Butterhorn Bakery in 3 blocks, or stop in for coffee at Rocky Mountain Coffee Roasters, a block closer. An authentic German dining experience is in store at Prosit.
Once you’re fueled up, head out to Copper Mountain or Breckenridge. Or take a day trip to Vail, 27 miles away. Drive less than 5 minutes and check out the Frisco Nordic Center, featuring cross country skiing, tubing, and sledding.
During warmer months, you’re a short bike ride (less than 5 minutes) from the Frisco Bike Path and Lake Dillon. Also, you’re located within minutes of a variety of beautiful hikes accommodating all levels of expertise.
Nearby Loveland Pass and the Mayflower Gulch Trail offer prime hiking in warmer months.
