Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- - Min age to rent - 25
- - Valid credit card must be on file with SVR
- - Signed contract returned to SVR.
- - Completed Guest Listing returned to SVR.
- - All Pet-Friendly homes require owner approval, completed Pet Addendum and applicable Pet Fee to be paid in advance of arrival.
- - Note: not all homes are pet-friendly and owners may not allow large pets, multiple pets, cats or certain breeds.
- - Good Neighbor Policy applies to all of our rentals and must be adhered to. You will receive the policy after reservation.
- - All of our homes are strictly Non-Smoking.
- - A Security Deposit will be required for all rentals of 28 days or more, from which, the gas, electric and water use attributable to your stay will be deducted, in addition to any cable service movies rented by you during your stay.
- - It is preferred that all 30 days of your stay be in the same month. Should your preferred dates of stay not meet this request, please send an inquiry and we will reach out to the home owner for approval prior to booking.
