SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first-floor primary suite features calming blues, with a four-poster king bed, elegant marble vanities, and glass walk-in shower. Plus, you’ll enjoy a large private patio overlooking Lake Gavin and Kiera’s pool waterfall edge. Kids will enjoy the first-floor bunk suite that sleeps up to 8, with two sets of twin over queen bunks with two twin trundles. It has plenty of room for games and space for fun movie nights. A private bathroom and large closet accompany the bedroom.
The second floor bedroom offers a queen bed outfitted with sea-inspired bedding. It has a bathroom with a combo bathtub/shower and a private balcony facing the Gulf and open expanse of green in the open field across from the community. An additional sitting area that closes with a large barn door in on the second level too. Perfect for curling up with a good book, it offers a couch that folds out to a queen bed for extra friends to stay. The third-floor tower room offers a full bed and bench lounge for more friends or a "big kid" that doesn’t need a bunk bed. A large balcony overlooking the entirety of Lake Gavin and Kiera’s Pool also has peeks of the Gulf. You’ll enjoy the stunning, 360-degree views from this beautiful home.

This is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering the homeowner and/or Property Manager has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day/night. There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter’s "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
