The Cohen House achieves a perfect blend of historical character and everyday comfort. With 4 bedrooms and 3.5 baths, this home can comfortably accommodate eight Lucky guests. Located on Jones Street, you’ll wake up to some of the prettiest views in town and be within a short walk from several historic landmarks and points of interest.

The first floor of this home is up one flight of stairs, over the garden apartment. You’ll enter in the foyer, where you can walk straight back to the kitchen, go upstairs, or enter the living room. Two large rooms combined, the living space has plenty of comfortable seating and a large collection of books. The floor to ceiling windows fill the space with light, and are reminiscent of the days when Savannahians were taxed by how many doors they had to their home. Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
