This newly renovated four bedroom, three-bath home and outdoor shower has direct access to Chimney Creek, a small tidal creek ideal for an afternoon of kayaking and exploring. In the morning, take your cup of coffee out to one of the home’s two screened-in porches, both of which come with outdoor furniture and spectacular creek views. The kitchen is well-equipped for preparing a family meal, which can be enjoyed at the dining table with seating for eight, along with the breakfast bar that seats two. The home boasts a comfortable living room with two sofas, with a decorative fireplace, flat screen TV and room to seat six on two sofas. At the end of the day, choose to retire to the comfort of the primary bedroom, with its king-sized bed with en-suite bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen sized bed, a third bedroom with a full bed and a fourth bedroom with a queen sized bed. The home features a lovely yard, ideal for playing lawn games like badminton, bocce or croquet. Or, take in a bit of sun on the home’s small dock, which features three chairs to lounge on. A hot tub is available for your enjoyment as well as an outdoor shower for cleaning off after the beach. There is also a charcoal grill for additional cooking. This property will permit up to 2 dogs for an additional pet-fee of $114, as long as they are on flea medication. No events with a higher number of guests than the occupancy of the house are permitted and there is a minimum age requirement of 25 for renters.
