Just East of Forsyth Park, Savannah’s largest green space, this property has everything you’ll need for a truly relaxing stay in Savannah. This spacious home has been updated to suit the needs of the modern traveler, however built in 1900, The Queen Anne-style architectural home was one of a number of popular architectural styles to emerge during the Victorian era. Enter into the foyer where you’ll be greeted by tall ceilings and framed artwork. Just off the foyer you will enter the formal living room facing the front of the home. Adjacent you’ll find the dining room, with seating for four Lucky guests and a bar-cart, perfect for evening cocktails! Moving to the back of the home, the kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and everything you’d need to cook a delicious meal. Off of the kitchen is your private courtyard, ideal for a morning cup of joe or evening glass of wine. Located on the second floor of the home you will find three bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, with plenty of closet space and an ensuite bathroom is attached. Just down the hall you’ll find a room with Queen bed and Queen sleeper sofa (photos coming soon!). In the front of the home, a third bedroom with Twin and Trundle. Just a short walking distance to the heart of downtown, this home is ideal for travelers looking to stay in a tree-lined, quieter residential part of town without sacrificing convenience. Head West and dine at some of the city’s best restaurants, like 700 Drayton, Fox & Fig, and Hitch. Due North toward Broughton Street, guests can shop til they drop inside various local retailers, like The Paris Market & Brocante, 24e, and shopSCAD to name a few. Guests are about a 15-20 minute walk to the River front, 10-15 to City Market, and a quick 8 minute walk to Forsyth Park. We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends. There is a $75 pet fee (non-refundable) per dog, with a 35 lb. maximum weight limit per dog and a limit of 2 dogs per reservation.
