- Private Courtyard Oasis: The private courtyard at the back of the home is your downtown sanctuary. Meticulously crafted by the owner, this space invites you to relax, sip a drink, and reflect on the day’s adventures.
All three bedrooms and two full baths are located on the second floor, providing a serene escape for a restful night. The first bedroom features a Queen bed, antique writing desk, and full-sized closet. The middle bedroom is perfect for kids or friends, with a Full-size bed and a Twin bed with trundle. The primary suite, facing Price Street, offers a King-size bed and large Smart TV. The upstairs bathrooms bookend the hall, one with a tub/shower combo and the other with a standing shower.
What is parking like for this home? This home includes 2 compact parking spaces located directly behind the courtyard. For additional parking, we recommend finding free parking on Gaston Street, which can be easily found directly next to your home.

We can welcome your dog companions at this pet friendly home, but ask that you find other arrangements for cats, birds, and other furry friends.
