Watch waves break from most rooms, and enjoy two miles of pristine beach right from your vacation rental.
New lighting on the back deck allows for easy gatherings outside, and flood lights allow after-dark views of the beach and the stairway down to it. Sip drinks and watch waves from a sun lounger, then sizzle your favorite dishes on the grill. Gather around the firepit and roast s’mores or enjoy the city lights of Santa Barbara in the distance as this home juts out, revealing stunning views of Ventura, the islands, and Santa Barbara.

Located on the lower level, a spacious dining area features an eight-seat table, fireplace, and 55-inch TV. The well-equipped open kitchen gleams with all-white cabinetry and appliances. Cupboards are stocked with cooking essentials, and a French-door fridge offers ample space for groceries. Sip coffee at the three-seat kitchen bar.
The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed, a 55-inch TV, and a private deck overlooking the ocean. The bathroom has a double vanity and jetted tub/shower combination. White linens adorn a queen bed in the guest room, complete with a built-in desk and patio access. There’s a twin-over-full bunk bed in the third bedroom. Wake to coastal views from the queen bed in the fourth bedroom. The second bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided.
The home is adjacent to Little Rincon Point, a mecca for pro surfers and an unbeatable spot for sunset views. Bring your fishing pole and catch sea bass right on the beach, or take a bike ride along the coastal bike path. For ocean strolls and restaurants, drive less than 20 minutes to downtown Ventura. Take a walk along Ventura Pier and Promenade. Walk 5 minutes to the Cliff House Inn and Shoals Restaurant.
