The primary bedroom boasts a queen bed, a 55-inch TV, and a private deck overlooking the ocean. The bathroom has a double vanity and jetted tub/shower combination. White linens adorn a queen bed in the guest room, complete with a built-in desk and patio access. There’s a twin-over-full bunk bed in the third bedroom. Wake to coastal views from the queen bed in the fourth bedroom. The second bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower. Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided. The home is adjacent to Little Rincon Point, a mecca for pro surfers and an unbeatable spot for sunset views. Loud music from personal devices is prohibited and can result in a breach of contract, which may then lead to expulsion. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. This rental is located on floor 1. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
