This Ventura house has convenient amenities to make your family comfortable. Head across the street to Marina Park, where the kids can play on the boat-themed playground and run around in the large green space. A marina in the park offers sailing lessons and there’s a small-craft boat launch for canoes and kayaks. You can also try to catch your own dinner off the dock. Von’s grocery store is just down the street when you need to stock up on groceries and supplies. Take the free trolley to Seaward Village, where you can shop the quaint boutiques and grab a bite to eat at the local restaurants. The trolley also goes downtown to easily walkable with lots of great shopping and dining options. Whitewashed wood floors flow throughout the home and add a beachy feel. Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
- Guests who book a home or villa that is located in the state of California may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 24-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 3 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
