This vast single-story home has a luxurious interior with beautiful tile floors and tall ceilings that lend an airy feel. The bright open-concept great room has exposed beams and wall-to-wall windows. There’s room for everyone to gather on a sectional and comfy armchair, and there’s a 52’ Apple TV with free cable and streaming channels. A striking gas fireplace sits between two sliding doors to the wraparound deck.
Whip up delectable dishes in the spacious, well-equipped kitchen, detailed with quartz countertops, a center island with a prep sink, and a full suite of stainless steel appliances, including an enormous double-door fridge and a gas range. The dining area has a stately, dark wooden table seating six on leather chairs and a bench. With windows on three sides, you can enjoy a great view of the backyard as you dine.
After a day at the beach or strolling by the 1782 Ventura Mission on Main Street, unwind on the backyard patio under the shade of a mature Aleppo pine tree. The table for four is an ideal place for an alfresco dinner hot off the gas grill.
The stunning primary suite boasts a cable TV, a picture window showcasing the gorgeous garden, and sliding glass door access to the deck. The en suite bathroom has an impressive walk-in spa shower with a circular Japanese-style tub overlooking the bamboo garden. You’ll appreciate the heated floors as you get ready for bed. Drift off to sleep with the ocean as your peaceful soundtrack.

You’ll find the beach just four houses down, and it’s rarely crowded! Swim, surf, and walk to San Buenaventura State Beach for snacks, bait, or bicycle and beach equipment rentals. Take in the stunning coastal views from the nearby Ventura Pier, or take a short drive to Rincon Beach, a matchless surfing destination. The Ventura Marina and Harbor offers opportunities for whale watching tours or charters to the Channel Islands.
Walk less than a half-mile to Seaward Ave’s eateries, including many with outdoor dining. Or, drive about two miles to downtown Ventura to find an artistic culture, one-of-a-kind boutiques, and the lauded Rubicon Theatre. End your day with a fantastic sunset on one of California’s infamous beaches.
