Make use of the gas grill. Tables on both the upper and lower decks offer alfresco dining. The home is uniquely positioned just minutes from the scenic Blue Ridge Parkway and bordering Great Smoky Mountain National Park. Nearby attractions include the Biltmore Estate, Cataloochee Ski Resort, and the Appalachian Trail. Spend sunny days at Lake Junaluska, then sample local flavor at an array of cideries and breweries.
The grand living area features impressive high ceilings, a double-sided fireplace, and incredible views from soaring windows. Plush sofas and armchairs offer plenty of comfortable seating. A second living area has a sofa, armchairs, a TV, and a gas fireplace. Play games at a card table or billiards at a pool table. Adjacent, a vintage diner has a bar and seating at booths and high-top tables. Curl up with a book on a sofa or armchair in a third living area. Two game rooms offer foosball, Ping-Pong, and a big-screen TV area. Marble countertops and stainless steel appliances, including two ovens, outfit the gourmet kitchen. Perch at the island, dine at a large table or savor meals in the formal dining room. A second kitchen features a gas range and a table.
The main bedroom boasts an electric fireplace, a private balcony, and two walk-in closets. The en suite has a walk-in shower, double vanity, and jetted tub. Five guest bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, including one with another loft space with fun chairs, and all the bedrooms have TVs.

Guests may access TV streaming services using their own credentials. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Property Manager’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Property Manager North Carolina LLC. All Property Manager properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
