ABOUT THE HOUSE
Bright and inviting, the living area features a queen-size sofa sleeper and two upholstered armchairs done in ethnic prints. Turn on the 31” flat screen TV, mix drinks at the wet bar with seating for two, and stoke the kiva fireplace for a low-key evening at home.
If you need a moment to check in with the real world, a small office area on the upstairs landing offers a desk and printer.
Enjoy a large, well-equipped kitchen with a full suite of appliances and all the extras and cookware you’ll need for family feasts in the comfort of your own rental.
A breakfast bar with seating for three offers a spot to chat with the chef or fuel up in the morning before heading out to explore. The spacious dining area features seating for six at a charming tiled table.
For al fresco dinners, fire up the BBQ grill and dine on the patio with seating for six. Sip drinks on another tranquil private courtyard with lounge seating in the front yard.
Find total relaxation in the master suite, outfitted with a king-size bed, 42” flat screen TV, and large closet. The en-suite bath features a walk-in shower. Start your mornings with coffee on a private balcony with bistro seating for two.
The second suite has a king-size bed, 31” flat screen TV, and generous closet space. An en-suite bath is configured with a walk-in shower.
Another expansive bathroom off the living spaces features a shower/tub combo.
Extra perks at your rental include complimentary Wi-Fi and a washer/dryer. Driveway parking for one car is provided (a mid-size SUV is the largest car that will comfortably fit in the driveway). Additional off-street parking is available on a first-come basis.

Then, indulge in Southwestern favorites and craft beers at Blue Corn Cafe & Brewery or fine fare in a garden setting at La Plazeula at La Fonda. All of this is within a 15-minute walk of your rental.
When you’re ready to explore the mountains, you’ll find over a dozen trailheads within an hour’s drive.
