Beach chairs and a beach wagon are provided and located in the outdoor storage closet. This third-floor rental is only accessible via stairs. There is contruction of a new timeshare resort in back of the property and noise may be heard during your stay until May 2025. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
