THINGS TO KNOW Sonoma County Regulations include a maximum occupancy of eight, a maximum parking of two vehicles, no amplified outdoor music anytime, and quiet hours from 10pm to 7am. The home is located in an area with marginal cell reception. A landline is available for guest use if needed. The office sofa bed provides an extra sleeping space.
