You can easily ski-in and ski-out using 4 O’Clock Run, just 100 yards away, with ski-out access down to Snowflake Lift or back into town and the Gondola via the Skiway. If you’re vacationing with the kids, consider paying a visit to Breckenridge Fun Park at the base of Peak 8. It’s an exciting adventure park full of rides, activities, restaurants, and bars (for Mom and Dad). The best part is that it’s only a 10-minute walk away! Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
