This home is just minutes from downtown Sonoma Square. You’re also close to several renowned Sonoma wineries and just a short drive from Napa wine country. Shop in boutique stores, browse art galleries, or stroll through the Sonoma State Historic Park. Enjoy the fantastic yearround weather in the backyard poolside or lounging under the covered patio with an outdoor kitchen and bar. This is a magical place set amongst the vines of a 20acre vineyard. Uncork your favorite vintage and step out onto the patio with lovely views. Make dinner in the outdoor kitchen with a builtin grill and dine alfresco at the table. You will love splashing around in the pool with an attached hot tub. Gather around the firepit when the stars come out and share stories of the day’s adventures. Casual interiors invite you to relax and make yourself at home. The indoor kitchen has everything you need for making meals, plus plenty of prep space on the black granite counters and a large island with seating. It also includes a gas range and a Frenchdoor fridge. After dinner, move to the game room for a lively match of foosball or pool, or choose a movie from the DVD library and watch it on the 65inch smart TV with Apple TV. There’s plenty of seating for your whole crew. The bar has a sink serve cold drinks to guests on the deck through the passthrough window. Spend quiet nights in the living room with a couch, two chairs, and a cozy woodburning fireplace. A cupboard off the kitchen is stocked with board games for fun family game nights. The magnificent primary bedroom has a desk area and sliding glass doors to the patio. Its en suite bathroom features double sinks and a walkin shower. A guest bedroom features French doors leading out to the private terrace. If you’re craving quiet, a detached suite has an en suite bathroom with a glassdoor shower. There is also a seating area with a sofa bed and a kitchenette with a minifridge. THINGS TO KNOW A queen aero bed is available for extra sleeping space.
